Refund & Return Policy
We want you behind a rifle that fits. Every Nokka part is backed by our 30-day fit guarantee — if it doesn't fit your Tikka as expected, we'll make it right.
30-day returns You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, with any tags and in its original packaging. You'll need your order number or proof of purchase.
How to start a return Email us at with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll review it and, if approved, send you the return instructions and address. Please don't post items back before your return has been accepted — unsolicited returns can't be processed.
Return shipping & costs For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at your own cost — we recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost on the way back to us. Original shipping charges and any duties or taxes paid on your order are non-refundable. If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, we cover return shipping and put it right (see below).
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us at as soon as possible (ideally within 7 days of delivery) with a few photos, and we'll assess it and arrange a replacement, repair or refund.
Exchanges The fastest way to swap an item is to return the original (once your return is accepted) and place a new order for what you want.
Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to post it. Shipping charges and duties are not refundable.
Non-returnable items Gift cards and discounted, sale or clearance items can't be returned or refunded.
Your consumer rights Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded — you're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
