Shipping Policy
Nokka Tactical ships all orders from Sydney, Australia.
Domestic shipping (Australia)
- Orders $75 AUD and over — free standard shipping.
- Orders under $75 AUD — $9.95 AUD flat rate.
- Sent via Australia Post. Standard delivery is 3–7 business days; remote areas may take longer.
International shipping
- We ship worldwide at a flat $20 AUD shipping rate, sent via Australia Post International with tracking.
- Estimated transit: US / UK / Europe 7–15 business days; New Zealand / Asia 5–10; rest of world 10–20. These are estimates, not guarantees.
- Import duties & taxes: international orders may be subject to duties and taxes set by the destination country. These are calculated and collected at checkout through our partner Zonos, so there are no surprise charges on delivery. Where applicable, duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
Order processing
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day; otherwise the next business day.
Tracking
- All orders include tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Delivery delays
- Once an order leaves us, delivery time is in the carrier's hands. We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.
Delivery address
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address; re-shipping costs for parcels returned or misdelivered due to an incorrect address are payable by the customer.
Lost or damaged in transit
- If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email and we'll work with the carrier to make it right.
Refunds
- Shipping charges and any duties or taxes paid are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for return details.
