Three steps, minimal tools
Remove the recoil pad
Back out the two pad screws and lift the factory pad off.
Fit the spacer
Seat the flat-recoil spacer so the pad sits square to the bore.
Reattach the pad
Run the longer screws through and snug the pad back down.
Common questions
How does it reduce muzzle rise?+
Its rear face is wedged so the recoil pad sits square to the bore. Recoil drives straight back into your shoulder pocket instead of rotating the muzzle up — so the rifle climbs less and you settle back on target faster.
Does it also change length of pull?+
Yes — it adds length of pull like a standard spacer while it corrects the recoil angle, so you flatten recoil and dial in fit in one part.

Will it fit my Tikka and recoil pad?+
It's built for Tikka T3, T3x and T1x OEM stocks and works with the factory pad and aftermarket pads like the Limbsaver. Bolt-on between the stock and pad, fully reversible.

Most length-of-pull spacers only change how far the stock sits from your shoulder. This one changes how the rifle recoils. The geometry aligns the recoil pad so the impulse drives straight back into your shoulder pocket instead of rotating up — so the muzzle stays flat, the reticle settles faster, and you’re back on target for the follow-up shot.
